Q:

do you have your choice of any room available or is there a limit on type of rooms you can choose from. what is the resort fee charge?

Michael S.  asked on  Nov 27, 2013

A:

You do have your choice of the room type available. There are very few rooms with a single king bed so the earlier you make your reservation, the better your chances of that room type. There is no resort fee charge. You only pay the taxes of $3.08 on each Groupon you purchase when you arrive at Lakeview Lodge. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you to Lakeview Lodge.

Q:

Are the activities included in the groupon price or do you have to pay for the activities separtely?

Elvira C.  asked on  Nov 27, 2013

A:

The activities charge their own fees. They are leased concessions in the park and unfortunately, most of the are closed during the week and open on weekends weather depending. You can call Lakeview and get telephone numbers to call the concessions directly for their fees and their hours of operations during the time period you wish to visit. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you to Lakeview Lodge.

Q:

What is the tax rate? Is there a shuttle if I bring my own kayaks?

Emil P.  asked on  Nov 27, 2013

A:

The taxes that you pay is $3.08 per night. If you purchase two groupons to use on two consecutive nights, you will owe $6.16 in taxes when you arrive at Lakeview. We are unaware of any shuttles if you bring your own kayaks. There is a lease concession in the park that might do that if they are open this time of year. We have not heard their winter hours. Their phone number is 580-494-6070 if you would like to give them a call ahead of time. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at Lakeview Lodge.
