Los Angeles resident and movie buff Robert Bucksbaum owns Majestic Dude Ranch in southwest Colorado, but he’s not a stereotypical dude-ranch owner. Before purchasing the half-century-old ranch, Bucksbaum spent the better part of a decade running a single-screen movie theater.
