Horrible... dirty and poor service I just returned from my stay at this MARRIOT. My husband and I are Bonvoy members and assumed this would be a great experience. We were totally disgusted. The hotel was filthy and our room was gross. We arrived for a Thursday-Monday stay. Not only was our reservation booked incorrectly before leaving and had to be corrected. We were on the phone over an hour to try to get it corrected. We were told it was.. when we arrived and checked in we found out it was booked incorrect again. They had us 3 nights not 4. It was corrected upon check in , but again another delay. Once we got to our room I was amazed at how dirty this facility was. Carpets filthy, black dust on the carpet along wall. All the walls were marked up and when we went to slide the door to go into the bathroom the handle came off in our hand Upon notifying the front desk.. we were told they would let maintenance know. We were never offered a new room and they honestly did not care. No apology Room was not cleaned the entire stay. I had to ask for clean towels and they never had them available. We would have to wait until someone brought them to the room, which took time out of our morning waiting. Elevators smelled and were dirty all the time. Staff was not interested in any kind of service. It was if you were bothering them if you had a question The room was old and falling apart. Small “dorm” like refrigerator was next to the TV on the floor. Safety lock on the door would turn when it wanted to. Did not always work. I am so disappointed with this visit!! We will not be back to this property. I alway thought MARRIOT had a higher standard

Good staff & location but badly maintained and unclean hotel. The location of the hotel is very nice. It would have been worthwhile had the hotel lived up to its name and its location. My room was not clean, the bathroom floor had hair and dust and towels had hair on them , I could not use them. The pool side was also badly maintained, I fear the pool water was not clean. The telephone hand set by the pool had cobwebs and bugs , it was so incredibly dusty it was incredible, I picked it up to call reception, I was disgusted. I am sorry this is not even basic cleaning let alone COVID compliant cleaning. I used the restaurant and waiting staff were great like I said and I tipped generously but like I said I think I was done a disservice to have such an uncomfortable dusty room and I had to wipe and clean, despite being a paying guest and ironically a so called gold elite member. Room 405 was not cleaned nor sanitised even at a basic level.

A true disappointment This hotel has gone really downhill.... Having stayed here in the past, it’s downfall is glaringly evident... it is a very tired hotel, from its worn carpeting and threadbare seams, to the dirty couch and chair in our suite, to the overwhelming musty smell and dirty bathroom floor in our room... to the wobbly shower door handle in our bathroom.... to NO breakfast available, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE OUTDOOR SEATING AVAILABLE and have the nerve to offer “light bites and a bar at night....”And..... if you don’t request housekeeping the day before.... you CANNOT GET YOUR ROOM CLEANED! This was not behold to us when we booked. We do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone....AND.... If you don’t know how to get there, there are NO ENTRANCE LIGHTS to guide you in and NO lights in the parking lot....SHAME ON MARRIOTT

Stay Away New Year's Eve, desperate for a hotel room - long story - ended up here. The place is dirty, stained, and dusty. Literally, the vents in the bathrooms (we had 2 rooms) had dust caked on them. There was a string of dust hanging from the ceiling in 1 of the rooms. Both balconies were unusable. Spider nests, bird poop and all manner of grossness on the ceiling a nd on the furniture - gross. Mysterious spot on toilet as soon as we got there - it wiped up easily - WHY DIDN'T HOUSEKEEPING TAKE CARE OF IT? So gross. The carpeting is at least from the 1980s. 1 of the rooms 728 had a big sticky stain on it. The whole experience was gross. I think I have PTSD - can't stop thinking about it. Did I tell you about the hair in the shower? - - not belonging to anyone I know. On top of all that, no restaurant. "Quick Bites" from the bar, tiny menu with 5 items, they were out of 1 of them. Just - stay away. Sleep in your car, it'll be less traumatic.

Lovely hotel and lovely stay My husband and stayed overnight one night in January. Hotel is lovely, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable room with a king size bed. Friendly staff. Good food in the Concierge Lounge for dinner and breakfast. Outdoor parking, valet and non-valet in the same lot. There is a $10/night charge for self parking, and I don't know what the charge is for valet. This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and would recommend it.
