Q:

I do not see where the Fine Print states the reservation days are limited from Sunday thru Thursday. Where is this located on the Groupon? I was going to purchase a two night stay, but the question and answer listed below states I can NOT make a reservation for a Friday and Saturday night stay. Is this true? We work and can not take the time off to stay during the week. Terra K. The Groupon says that option 2 is valid for check in Sun-Wed but in a previous question it sounded like you could use it any day? Which is the correct use? Haze H.asked 3 hours and 56 minutes ago- 1 answer The 2 night stay is valid Sunday through Thursday.

Margie K.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

When you click on the "buy" button it tells you very clearly as to what each Groupon is valid for. On the two-night Groupon, it says that it is valid from Sunday through Wednesday, we are actually accepting it for Sunday through Thursday. One night Groupons may be purchased for the weekends and the 2nd night is at the normal rate.

Q:

I have four children, two adult aged,19, 21 and the other two are 16 and 14. Would the adult aged need their own room? Are there connecting rooms available? Are there roll away beds available?

Sharon L.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

The maximum number of guests in a King room is 3, with one on a rollaway bed. The rollaway bed is $15 per night and the extra person is $15 per night. With that many guests, we suggest getting a King and a Double Queen room. You would be a lot more comfortable. The double queen room is between 99 and $119 per night depending when you want to come.

No, unfortunately not. As outlined in Groupon fine print rules, only one Groupon per visit. A second night can be purchased at regular rate.

Q:

I hear many, many negative comments on this hotel, poor interior walls for sound through-out the guest rooms, very dated items in the rooms and some issues with bed bugs. Do you know if they have rectified these issues yet? Thanks

Liz 1.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

It would perhaps be helpful if you visited www.tripadvisor.com and checked out our reviews. That would answer your questions better than I can. The hotel was built in 1984 and soundproofing was not high on the list of priorities, so we do experience chalenges when guests are not considerate of other guests. This happens about 6 or so times per year. Some guests are more sound sensitive than others and we want to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. I am interested to know where the "many, many" bad reviews are. We rate 4 stars on Tripadvisor and yelp and I'm not aware of many, many bad reviews out there. We hope you will give us a try and judge for yourself.
