Is the $25 per day resort fee INCLUDED in the Groupon price quoted, or in addition to quoted price? Oh, and what exactly is a "resort fee"?

Hi Laurie, The $25 per day resort fee is additional and is paid at the resort upon check in. The resort fee includes valet parking; WiFi; daily bottled water; access to fitness center, tennis court, and pools; tea service; use of business center; local and 800 calls. Does the resort fee include use of the outdoor pool plus the 30,000 square-foot Springs Eternal Spa? Trying to figure out which of the spa services incurs additional fees.

Due to the renovating of the Spa, what specific services are NOT included in this offer due to the renovations? My husband and I are interested in using the mineral pool and perhaps other spa services depending on what is available. Thank you!

I've been trying for several days to purchase this Groupon ~ now theres only 8 hours left. Unfortunately the information never comes up ~ when I click BUY it goes to the page where it says LOADING DATES FOR YOUR GET-AWAY ~ this is where it spins and stays. I've tried purchasing on different computers, but the same messages appear. I have purchased Groupons for Bedford Springs in the past, but this time it's just not working. Can you offer any help?

I asked two questions and got conflicting answers. I was going to get the Groupon for 2 for 2 nights and possibly have another couple stay one night when they came to town. Can I just pay the $60 for them or do I have to upgrade to a more deluxe room?

Hi Sandi, I apologize for the confusion. If you think there may be a chance of another couple joining you, you will just want to book the Deluxe Double Room. It is the same price but is the only room type that will allow more than 2 adults in the room. You won't have to pay the fee for the additional people unless you decide to have them join you.
