It says that it is not allowed to add occupants to the rooms beyond the 4 allowed. We are a family of five with a 9-year old and 3-year old twins. Are there exceptions to this rule for children for an additional fee, so that we can all stay in one room?

It says the the traveler must have an ID matching the person who booked. I was thinking of getting this for my parents as a gift but I would not be traveling with them. How would that work??

Apologies for the delay. When you purchase the Groupon you will need to enter in a Traveler Name. This will have to be the name of the guest who will be checking in.

After your purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation as long as you do so at least 4 days prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation cannot be rescheduled.
