I would not recommend anyone using Groupon or the Pacific Holidays. I have been asking for a refund and Groupon or Pacific have not given me a refund. Every park and area we were planning to attend is closed on September 7. In addition, my family is nervous with traveling and will definitely not travel this year.

We have bee. Stranded in Bali for 2 days without any word of when we will be home. We are here during a Pandemic and everything is closed. Our travel agent Tiffany has not made any attempt to get us a flight home. If you do not want to be stranded do not fly Pacific Holidays

Great price for all that was included, nice airline, the tour guides were very attentive and accompanying during the whole excursion in egypt, the cruise was amazing.

While we ended up going through with the trip, it was dismaying to be charged extra fees for the date we wanted, a date that was listed as available on the Groupon hence the reason we bought the date window we did. It's misleading and nowhere in the fine print that certain Groupon dates can be upcharged simply because it's a popular date.
