The eight-day trip has guests relaxing on the areas of Nadi and Suva in Fiji. Option two takes travelers to Sydney and Nadi. And the third option, for the most ambitious types, explores Sydney, Melbourne, and Nadi respectively. Guests may roam and relax at their hotels, or opt for some of the following activities at each destination.

Nadi

Nadi lies on Fiji’s island of Viti Levu, a 4,000-square-mile slice of paradise with verdant mountain ranges, lush rain forests, pristine beaches, and barrier reefs. The village is steps from sandy South Pacific beaches along Nadi Bay, where you can swim, snorkel, and kayak. Look a bit further out, and you’ll find waterfalls, national parks, and hot springs scattered across the island.

The village of Nadi lies on the western shores of Viti Levu, Fiji’s largest island. Though downtown is small, there’s a growing social scene here. The Queen’s Road is particularly bustling; it’s lined with seafood restaurants, tropical resorts, and the the busy Nadi market, where locals hawk fresh fruit and kava peppers.

Sydney

Originally built as a British colony for exiled convicts, Sydney—Australia’s most famous city and the capital of New South Wales—is today a hotbed of art, culture, and architectural wonders. We’ve listed a few highlights below.

As the largest city in Australia, Sydney is often referred to as the “crown jewel” of the Southern Hemisphere. There’s no shortage of must-see attractions here; we’ve listed a few highlights below.

With sunny weather essentially year-round, Sydney is a city best experienced outside: you can sail across Sydney Harbour, explore the Royal Botanic Gardens, or take a surfing lesson on the famed waves of Bondi Beach. If you like to shop, look no further than Paddington Markets, an open-air bazaar where more than 150 vendors sell art, clothing, and crafts every Saturday.

Melbourne

Melbourne, which sits along Port Phillip on the southern tip of the continent, has recently emerged as a top destination Down Under, thanks to the city’s high-end shopping, world-famous street art, and burgeoning foodie scene. Explore one of Australia’s most stylish stops during this trip.

Melbourne, located in southern Australia, is the capital of the state of Victoria and one of the country’s cultural hubs. The city retains a European feel in its architecture and layout; it was founded in the 1850s by British settlers who came here in search of gold.

• The National Gallery of Victoria is itself a piece of art, thanks to an overhaul by Italian architect Mario Bellini in 2003. Inside you’ll find a wonderful collection of Australian Aboriginal art and rotating exhibits.
