Q:

I need to fly out of Chicago. How would I go about finding out prices for this?

BETH  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

The easiest would be to get a roundtrip ticket from Chicago to LAX or SFO. You will have to overnight in LA or San Francisco. There's no flight to get you to Honolulu in time to connect to AKL flight.

Sam B.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

You just buy 2 Groupons at the same time, no need to buy it as a gift.

Q:

I'm trying to get a handle on pricing here for a family. Obviously, we are only using one rental car and so I'm thinking that there must be some kind of discount for purchasing this deal for 4 people but not using 4 cars. Likewise, we aren't using 4 hotel rooms either. So, for 2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 16 (yes I get it that the airline considers them adult, but as mentioned, not 4 cars and not 4 hotel rooms). What would be the pricing for us?

Advanced Image L.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

Your kids are adults as far as hotels and airline are concerned. You need to buy 4 vouchers and we can upgrade you to a bigger car.

Q:

Hi! Is the package customizable in any way? My fiancé and I are thinking of purchasing the deal to book our honeymoon. Can we upgrade to honeymoon suites if available? Also is there anyway to extend the trip and have a stop over in Fiji before heading back to Hawaii? Thanks!

Andrea  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

Yes, we can customize your itinerary to include Fiji. Please email us at reservations@pacificislands.com

Hi, so if I purchase this now (2/3/13) the promotional price is no longer valid? Is that correct, if so how does that effect the price?

Bria P.  asked on  Feb 3, 2013

A:

The promotinal price is still valid. You need to redeem your voucher by Feb 28.
