Q:

I have 4 people in my family - my husband, my daughters 13 & 8 years old and myself. What is your recommendations on the number of groupons to purchase if we plan to travel together with one car? Do you have room size for our size of famliy or do we need 2 rooms?

Shenping Y.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

You need 2 Groupons. Your 13 year old is an adult, so it will be $1690 to add her. For your 8 years old it's $1119 - just the airfare. There might be some small additional charges if we have to move you to a bigger room or bring a rollaway bed. We will know it when we actually make your reservations for specific dates.

Q:

do the rooms have refrigeration to keep medications cold?

Sandra A.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

There're 5 different hotels and various room categories. So, there's no simple answer. Usually you can request a refrigerator at an additional cost. You will arrange it directly with all the hotels.

Q:

I'm interested in purchasing this deal for 3 adults, so would we pay $1999 + $1999 + $1650? Also what kinds of beds are available in the hotels? Ideally we would have 1 king bed plus a couch or rollaway bed. Thanks!

Hugh G.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

Thats' correct as far as the pricing goes. All hotels are different. We'll sort out the bedding configurations when we make your reservations. I would think in most cases it will be 2 double beds.

Q:

I would like to travel with my husband and 11 year old. Will I purchase 3 groupons? Will hers be adjusted for the rental car/room since we would only have one room, rental car, etc.?

Susan B.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

You need 2 Groupons. In addition, you'll pay a supplement for your daughter. We're waiting for the airline to give us children airfare prices.

Q:

The fine print says "travel between 4/1/13 - 6/21/13", but there is an option to depart on 6/21/13. Can you choose to depart on 6/21/13 and travel for the following 9 nights?

Jayna C.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

Yes, you can chose Apr 21 departure.

Elena P.  from  Merchant  replied on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

No, my question was can you choose the June 21st departure option? As leaving on this date would clearly extend your travel beyond 6/21?

Q:

Can you give me some information about the car? I'm a rather large man, 7ft (2.13 m) , and want to make sure I will comfortably fit in the car and can safely drive the car.

Adam K.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

It's Nissan Pulsar or similar. We can look into upgrading to a bigger car for an additional fee.

Is a US driver's license enough to be able to drive in New Zealand? I hear you drive on the opposite side compared to here in US, is that right?

Anand T.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

US driver's license is OK. You do drive on the other side of the road.
