Q:

Using the calendar provided here on the Groupon site, I tried to select the king room for 3 nights (Jan 30 - Feb 1). I was given a total of over $350. $89 * 3 = $267. Then as I ran the cursor over the dates in the calendar, there were only a few weekends in March that were came up priced at the advertised Groupon rate of $89 for that room type. Please explain. Also how do I pay the $75 fee for my 2 Yorkies? Thank you!

Sorry for the confusion. This deal is available from $83 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date. You'll be able to add pets for $25 per night at check-in.

Actually, the information about the pet fee that Groupon provided you is incorrect. There is a one time nonrefundable fee of $75 due at check in and one pet is allowed per room. We apologize for the inconvenience and any confusion caused further. -Porto Vista Hotel

If i book for a specific weekend and cannot make it out there that weekend, is the deal transferrable to another weekend before June?

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. After the deal closes, once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. If the deal is still available to purchase, you'll be more than able to schedule something else.

You cannot add any occupants above 2 included for the Cozy Queen option. For the Standarad Queen, it is $10 per night for an additional guest 13 or older; guests 12 or younger stay free.

There is no expiration as you book your rooms as a part of your purchase. You can book through June.
