Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia: Famous Mineral Springs near Sasquatch Provincial Park
Known throughout Canada for its mineral-rich springs, Harrison Hot Springs has been attracting health seekers for more than 100 years. The village has two main locations for hot-spring access: the public pool, which has waters combined from two springs at the south end of Harrison Lake.
There’s plenty more to do in Harrison Hot Springs than just soak, too. The Ranger Station Art Gallery displays the work of local artists, as well as that of a year-round artist-in-residence. Just north of town, Sasquatch Provincial Park draws visitors for its signature pocket lakes, which are scattered amid a second-growth and birch forest.
