Q:

Hi there! My friends and I are attending a conference in Newport Beach at the end of this month (October) and this deal would work very well for us to use then. My question is, can I purchase this deal for the specific dates of the conference? I don't want to pay on groupon and then find out that the Ramada doesn't have any availability on the days I bought it for. Thanks for your help!

A:

Since availability changes frequently, please call the business directly at for the most up-to-date answer. Q:

Can I make a reservation on the same day that I buy it? I want to make plans today for a trip at the end of this month. Thanks!

steph  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

You can use most Groupons the day after you buy them. We cannot provide the business with their complete list of people who have purchased these until the deal is closed, and until then they may not be ready to accept your Groupon. Thanks!

Q:

Is a small puppy allowed, if kept in a small caged kennel in the room and on a leash outdoors at all times?

Debra G.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

Thanks for the question Debra! We are a pet friendly property with limited availability for our pet designated rooms. We ask that any guest traveling with their pet contact us directly to ensure that pet rooms will be available on the dates they're looking to stay with us. There is also a $15 daily pet fee and a $150 credit card authorization made at check-in. That amount is released upon inspection of the room. Please contact the hotel for more details.

Q:

I noticed that it states that you must book before Jan 31,2013. Do this also mean you have to schedule your trip during the next few months or can you take the advantage of using it during the summer or after Jan 2013?

Kristy H.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

Thanks for the question Kristy! While Groupon will always honor the face value of the Groupon voucher you purchase, the Ramada Inn & Suites will only honor these Groupon vouchers up through January 31, 2013. No Groupon reservations will be made for any date beyond the 31st of January. Nor will any Groupon vouchers be accepted as a form of payment. Furthermore, you must actually book your reservation by December 7, 2012. No reservations will be taken beyond that date.
