Hi Ann! Not sure about that particular resort, but you can check by visiting our website. Just go to http://groupon.resortstayvouchers.com/ and click anywhere it says "View Resorts." Select your desired location ("SOUTHERN INTERIOR - AL/MS/GA/NC/SC") from the "Region" drop-down menu, select your month of travel, then click on the green "Search Resorts" icon. You'll then see a list of all the currently available accommodations within the region and month you've selected.

Hi Sarah, check-in dates all vary by location and are pre-determined by the individual resorts. Once you've found a resort that you're interested in (on our inventory link), simply check the list of dates that show on the inventory link to determine which weeks are currently available to book.

Q:

Hi, I have tried to figure out if there are any A.I. located in Cancun for this voucher but every Resort Details that has and All Inclusive Fees tab says, "There is no data available for this resort." Does that mean it does not have an all-inclusive option available?

A:

Hi Daniel! If there are no details within the tab (where the A.I. fees would be listed), then there are no A.I. plans available for that property, at that moment. In other words, whenever there is info, it will be displayed there. Please also note that resorts continually change and amend their services. So they even though they may (or may not) be offering any packages at present, that could change at any point in the future.

Q:

Is this per-person? My party has two adults and a 3 yr old...how many vouchers do I need for 1 wk stay? And, do you have an option that includes meals?

A:

Hello Sunny! 1) The $489 voucher is a FLAT cost, not per person. Your entire party may travel using only 1 voucher, as long as you don't exceed the occupancy limits of the accommodations you book. Accommodations may suit anywhere from 2-10 people and occupancy limits are stated by each resort, found through our Online Resort Catalog (http://groupon.resortstayvouchers.com/). Even though your child is just a toddler, they are considered a "person" by the resorts. So just make sure you book a resort with occupancy of 4 or more (because accommodations are listed as occupancies of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 persons). 2) We do offer some all-inclusive properties. Most of them are located in Mexico, so please peruse our Online Resort Catalog. All-inclusive fees and amenities vary by location and are not included in the cost of the voucher. A.I. fees are noted within the "Resort Details" for each property that offers any A.I. packages, and all fees must be acknowledged and approved BEFORE you're allowed to finalize your booking. A.I. fees are payable directly to the resort and are due at check-in. Happy Vacationing!

Last time I bought one of these from your company I was never able to redeem it. I called multiple times and eventually had to have groupon reimburse me. Are you going to honor it this time?

Hi Greg, I'm not familiar with the exact circumstances surrounding your previous experience, but I apologize on behalf of the entire team at RSV for any inconvenience you may have endured. FYI, there are a number of private resorts (primarily within Mexico) that will only allow non-owners to visit their properties once every three or five years. So if you've traveled with us before and attempted to revisit the same exact property, that may have been why you were not permitted to re-book at the same property again. However, we are now able to display that information for each of the destinations that stipulate that specific term, so that it's clear to any voucher holders prior to booking.
