Q:

Can I buy one for myself, and one as a gift for my husband, to use at 2 different resorts for a total of a 2 week holiday?

Eunice S.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

This will be allowed, as long as you are using 1 per visit, and you do not exceed 2 per person. This information is available in the "Fine Print & Details" section of the deal page. To find this, click the "Fine Print and Details" tab, just under the photo. This section will include restrictions and additional information you'll need for your Groupon.

Q:

how do I know that the resort that I want is still available .... I've searched under the search resorts tab and it is there --- I just don't want to buy a voucher to then find out that the resort is no longer available

Darlene  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Hello Darlene. Unfortunately, due to the promotional nature of this offer and the nature of the booking process, there is no way for RSV to guarantee availability at any of the accommodations at any given time. Keep in mind that inventory will fluctuate naturally as rooms are booked and additional rooms are made available. The best way to ensure you procure your preferred resort destination (with your first dates of choice) is to book as soon as possible. Keep in mind that all reservations are FINAL. Once you “book,” your Resort Stay Voucher is considered “redeemed”, and therefore non-changeable and non-refundable. So please, book carefully!

Q:

what would be the extra charge for the option of all inclusive option mexico mexico? please reply as soon as you can :)

azalea  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Hi Azalea. All-inclusive fees and amenities vary by each location, so you'll need to check our inventory link to determine the A.I. package fees for any resorts that you're interested in. FYI, All-inclusive fees are noted within the "Resort Details" for each property that offers any A.I. packages, and all fees must be acknowledged and approved BEFORE you're allowed to finalize your booking. A.I. fees are payable directly to the resort and are due at check-in.

Hi Tracye, please check Groupon's return policy for info on refunds. FYI, once you've booked a Resort Stay Vacation, your voucher is considered "redeemed" and therefore non-refundable and non-changable.

Antonia D.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

Hi Antonia, the check-in dates vary and are pre-determined by the individual resorts. Whatever check-in dates you see on our inventory link are the dates (weeks) that are available to book.
