Hi Howard. First off, thank you very much for your previous patronage. I'm delighted to hear that you've previously traveled using one of our Vouchers and that you enjoyed your Resort Stay! Although I'm not sure of the exact circumstances regarding your previous situation, I suspect a refund was in line because there are a very few select number of private resorts that only allow non-members to stay once every three years (or once every five years) at their properties. I'm guessing you originally booked a resort in Mexico and tried to book at that exact same place again and that's when you encountered an issue? FYI, out of the thousands of resort options we now offer our Voucher holders, these few properties are primarily located in Mexico. The good news is, since we've overhauled our Online Resort Catalog, our new systems now present this info up-front and these details (where applicable) can now be found under the "Resort Details" for each property that stipulates them. As for this current offer, you are certainly welcome to purchase a $489 "North America" Voucher and travel using it, as long as you do not attempt to book the same exact resort you stayed at the first time you used one of our Vouchers (because the system will recognize your address).
