Q:

Do all of your offers require someone to be 25+? If so, why? Is there any way around this?

A:

Hello Courtney C, the minimum age requirement is determined by the private resorts, not by Resort Stay Vouchers. RSV is contractually obligated to uphold the Terms and Conditions set forth by our resorts, therefore we cannot reduce the 25 year old age limit to check-in. Only the registered voucher holder needs to be 25, the rest of the party may be under 25 years old.

Q:

I am currently unable to view the list of resorts on the website. Is Hard Rock in Cancun, Mexico one of the eligible resorts?

Hi Jamie, the short answer is "no," the Hard Rock is not an eligible property because it is a public hotel, not a private resort. However, we have many resort options available in the Cancun area, so I welcome you to preview our Online Resort Catalog, as I'm sure you'll find something that you'll enjoy. I sincerely apologize that you were unable to preview inventory earlier. Groupon recently published the deal to many of their cities, which drove hundreds of thousands of visitors to our website all at once, unfortunately causing our inventory link to stall. Our tech staff has confirmed that we've remedied the issue and I just double-checked the link and was able to successfully perform multiple searches. Once you reach our Online Resort Catalog, simply select your desired location from the "Region" drop-down menu, select your month of travel, then click on the green "Search Resorts" icon. You'll then see a list of all the currently available accommodations within the region and month you've selected. If you're unable navigate the site, please submit a request for assistance to Info@ResortStayVouchers.com and someone within our Operations Dept will reach out to you.

Hi Jen R. Yes, our private resort accommodations are all booked as 8-day / 7-night stays. Dates vary and are pre-determined by the individual resorts.
