Q:

A lot of places that require the registered voucher holder to be 25+ years old will subject you to a timeshare presentation. Will I have to attend a timeshare presentation to get this deal?

Yi-Chen E.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Hi Yi-Chen, you will not be required to attend any sales presentations.

Q:

A lot of the places I'm checking list a "Your Cost" price of $0 - what's that all about? -Holly

Holly M.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Hi Molly M. "Your cost, FREE" means those particular resorts are covered in the cost of the $489 Voucher. Some resorts are priced beyond the cost of the $489 Voucher and require additional "Upgrade" fees, but it's simply an option to Upgrade, not a requirement. To avoid Upgrade fees, simply book any FREE resort that's available on our inventory link.

Q:

Can I combine two vouchers back to back and stay for 14 nights?

Rachel B.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Hi Rachel B, per the Terms stated in the Fine Print & Details, "Limit 2/person, 1/gift, 1/visit." 1/visit means that you may only use 1 voucher per visit, therefore you cannot use two vouchers consecutively, for back-to-back stays.

Q:

Hello, Is there a listing of the places that this offer is valid for? Or; is it Montana, Orlando & Puerto Vallarta?

Sobhi N.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Hi Sobhi, there are literally hundreds of different resort locations from you to choose from, located throughout the continental US, Canada and Mexico. We invite you to visit our website and peruse our Online Resort Catalog so that you can see for yourself just how many options you'll have with this special offer. Just go to http://groupon.resortstayvouchers.com/ and click anywhere it says "View Resorts." Select your desired location from the "Region" drop-down menu, select your month of travel, then click on the green "Search Resorts" icon. You'll then see a list of all the currently available accommodations within the region and month you've selected. Happy Vacationing!

Q:

Is this groupon actually legit? No extra fees after purchasing the voucher? I've purchased a groupon similar to this, and they needed an additional $50 to get the voucher, then another $50 fee to book the hotel.

Anthony D.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Hi Anthony D, I can assure you that this offer is 100% legit. The The $489 voucher is a FLAT fee, not per person fee. Your entire party may travel using only 1 voucher, as long as you don't exceed the occupancy limits of the accommodations you book. Accommodations may suit anywhere from 2-10 people and occupancy limits are stated on our inventory link (http://groupon.resortstayvouchers.com/). Some resorts may require extra taxes, but you're able to preview those fees within each resort's "Resort Details" BEFORE you book any property. Some resorts that are priced beyond the cost of the $489 voucher require "Upgrade" fees, but this is an option, not a requirement. To avoid paying Upgrade fees, simply book any of the hundreds of FREE resorts that are available to Voucher holders. Finally, some resorts offer All-Inclusive packages, with extra fees that are not included in the cost of the Voucher. Booking an All-Inclusive resort is another option, not a requirement. A.I. fees and amenities all vary by resort and fees are noted under the "Resort Details" for each property that offers them, so that you're aware of the info prior to booking. Happy Vacationing!

Q:

Do any of the properties offer all inclusive stays?

Shelley  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Hi Shelley, yes we do offer some all-inclusive properties. Most of them are located in Mexico, so please peruse our inventory link (http://groupon.resortstayvouchers.com/). All-inclusive fees and amenities vary by location and are not included in the cost of the voucher. A.I. fees are noted within the "Resort Details" for each property that offers A.I. packages, and all fees must be acknowledged and approved BEFORE you're allowed to finalize your booking. A.I. fees are payable directly to the resort and are due at check-in.

Q:

The fine print says must be 25+ to check in. does that apply only to the person checking in? Can we bring kids?

Kate M.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Kate M, the short answer is "yes." Only the registered voucher holder (who's name the accommodations are registered under) is required to be at least 25 years old. Our resorts are certainly family friendly, just make sure the number of people you're checking in with does not exceed the occupancy limits of the accommodations you book. Happy Vacationing!

Shawn G.  from  Merchant  replied on  Dec 18, 2012

Q:

Does that travel have to be completed by April 30th? Or just started before April 30th?

Chris B.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

Hi Chris B, travel must be "completed" by April 30th, 2013.
