Could you let me know what the process is for booking the rooms? I bought the 7 day, all inclusive deal. I had called the resort and they told me to send my groupon voucher to book the room. It's been 48 hours and still no reply from them. I called twice and they said someone will get back to you. Is this the normal process? Why can't I call and book the days over the phone?

Adding occupants above standard for a 4-night stay is an additional $390 per person, 7-night stay is an additional $680 per person, 4-night all-inclusive stay is an additional $850 per person, and 7-night all-inclusive stay is an additional $1,500 per person.

How long will it take to get a response to our booking request sent to the email in the redemption instructions? This is not for an upgrade, (your response to an earlier similar question,) but is for basic booking of the dates we would like to travel. A call directly to the resort didn't help. We need to book our flight, but can't until the resort confirms our booking dates.
