Q:

Hello Shadow Ridge, would like to check availability and price for a room with 2 double/queen beds in Park City for March 21-25. Thank you!!

cj  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

Hey CJ! We prefer doing it over the phone. You can call our reservations line at 435/940-2645, or just toll free #, which is 888/667-2775. It sounds like you want 4 nights, if you wanted to give us a call we'll give you a rate on doing two 2 nights or a 2 night w/ extra nights.

Hunter S.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

Definitely! Any additional nights for groupons April 15th and before are $79, and groupons April 16th and on are $69. Any upgrade charges would also apply.

Q:

do you have a room (with tv and king bed) available on June 8 and June 15th using this groupon?

Liz B.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

All our rooms do have a TV in them, a king bed would not be guaranteed, but could be requested. With the hotel room option, most rooms are going to be 2 twins. A king bed is possible with an upgrade to a 1 bedroom unit, that would be an extra $40 per night. Again, that upgrade would not guarantee the king bed, that is something we can only request upon booking.

Q:

Do you have a room for March 14th and 15th?

KAty H.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

We have a room available for the night of the 14th for our hotel room (the room that comes w/ the groupon), otherwise if you wanted to do 2 nights, out the 16th, the only thing available would be the 1 bedroom. The 1 bedroom would be a $40 per night upgrade ontop of the groupon.

Is that a typo on the fine print- top bullet point. It says it must have been booked 2 days ago to qualify? I just barely got this email.

Kristin M.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Kristin, this is not a typo. The book-by date is May 3, 2013. Cheers!

Q:

Is there a way to upgrade this deal (Option 4) to a suite or a king bed room?

Trent S.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Hey Trent! You can definitely upgrade! The room that the Groupon comes with is your basic hotel room with 2 queen beds, and one bathroom. If you wanted to upgrade the room to a premium hotel, which means you would have a guaranteed upgraded unit w/ flat screen TV and updated furniture, that would be an extra $10 a night. There are also options for upgrading to a 1 bedroom standard and premium. A standard 1 bedroom would be an extra $40 per night, and the premium 1 bedroom would be an extra $50 per night. There are even 2 bedrooms at Shadow Ridge! These options are 70$ extra per night for 2 bedroom standard, and $80 extra per night for 2 bedroom premium. Unfortunately non of these options can guarantee a king bed though, bedding does vary, but upon booking a reservation we can make a request for a king bed for any one of these rooms (for hotel rooms, a king bed is very limited). Requests made are not guaranteed, but are seriously taken by our front desk employees. If the front desk can get you in a king, they definitely will! If you have any other questions, or are ready to book, please give us a call!

Q:

how many beds are in the standard rooms? It says up to four people can stay, does that mean 2 beds in a room or only 1?

Aleisha R.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

Aleisha, our standard hotel rooms are equipped with 2 queen beds. The rooms also have amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. If you do have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call!
