Q:

I want to book the bonus Friday date 2/8/12 and stay two nights. Do I get both nights for $89? What if there are 6 in our party? Can we still get a two-queen bed room and a rollaway? Thanks

Angela G.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

If you are booking the Bonus Friday- you purchase an Option 1 voucher, to stay on a Saturday you would need to purchase an Option 2 voucher. The maximum number of people in a room is 5, you would need to book a second room if there are more than 5 people in your party.

Q:

THE LAST TIME i stayed at the Sheraton I was charged $12 and change for what was called room revenue and still do not have an answer to what it is for. I would think room revenue is derived from the advance payment of the room as revenue usually comes from this source. Can you shed any light on this matter as I think the hotel should declare the intention to collect this charge in the summary of the deal. They do advise of $5 parking fee but the room revenue charge is a surprise on checkout.

Dana C.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

The fee that you encountered was the taxes from the stay. In the fine print of the deal it reads "16% tax not included". That is the $12 charge that was on the bill.
