Hello, Do you offer free transportation to any local attractions? Also are there restaurants near by and does this room include a kitchen? Thanks.

A:

Transportation is available for a fee through a shuttle service. The cost is around $15 round trip per person. There are LOTS of restaurants very close by. The Hotel units offered in this promotion do not have a kitchen. They have a mini frig, a microwave, coffee maker.

Are there any resort/cleaning fees, etc.? Or is the only additional cost the tax?

A:

No, there are no resort or additional cleaning fees. Since this is a resort and not a hotel, there is no daily cleaning service, fresh towels are available upon request, at no charge. However, if you would like a cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for a nominal fee. Guests may purchase an Activities Card at check in.

The unit offered for this promotion is for Hotel Unit. This unit does not allow more than 2 people. Upgrades to larger units may be available. Cost and availability would depend on travel dates.

A:

This depends on the time of year you chose to travel. Upgrades range between $49 up to $99 per night. Peak travel times are of course major holidays, spring break and summer.

You mentioned that the hotel units are in the "Villa" section. I know there are hotel units in other buildings like the 1800 building. The Villas are a long way for me to walk to the pool as I am handicapped. So are the hotel units ONLY in the "Villas" section?

It's pretty standard procedure. We do advise guests during the booking process. Most hotels and resorts capture a "hold" on your credit card against incidental charges and damages.
