4 questions, 1) can I book 2 groupons back to back to make 8 nights total? 2) do you have May 16 thru 20th, available as well as the 20th thru 24th(final check out date) 3) if those dates are not available back to back, what 4 nights are available within that 8 day range? 4) if I purchase the 4 night package and want to pay on my own for 1 extra night, what is the nightly charge? I am going to purchase the 2-bedroom 4-night stay but I only wanted to stay for 2 nights, I don't mind losing the 2 nights, is that okay? Can I just reserve a 2 night stay even if it is a 4-night stay groupon??

You are more than welcome to only use two nights of the stay, however the other nights will be forfeited and can not be used ant another time for another stay.

i cant get through to the number provided. i tried to call the resort directly but they do not accept any reservations, just the 855 number provided. they also do not return your call the same business day. not sure what to do... ive already purchased the package and now im so frustrated i regret that i bought this. any ideas on how to get through would be greatly appriciated so my $ doesnt go to waste. thank you.

I apologize that you are having problems getting through to the toll free line. Our office ours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM. We are experiencing a hig call volume and are returning the calls in the order they were received. I assure you that if you left a message over the weekend then a representative will return your cal during the business day today.

Currently, we do have availability during those dates, but cannot guarantee that they will still be there by the time you purchase your Groupon and then contact us to book your stay. We are answering calls and emails in the order that they are received.
