Yes. However, these are blackout dates on the Groupon. We can work a rate for you if you call us at 801 798-1008. However, you would have to checkout on the 26th. We have no checkins or checkouts on Christmas Day.

Q:

Is the price per person, or total for however many people stay in the cabin?

Nichole W.  asked on  Nov 28, 2012

A:

The price is the total for the cabin or the snowmobile. It does not change based on the number of people you have. However, you are limited to four people in a one-bedroom cabin and eight people in a two-bedroom cabin. You are limited to one person on a single seat snowmobile and two people on a two-seater snowmobile.

We can allow you to stay in a one bedroom because we don't consdier toddlers in the occupancy limits. However, we do not have cribs or portable sleepers.

Q:

Can you purchase just one night stay? Also, can you get through the road coming from Kamas? I thought they closed it off around Soapstone Campground in the winter? Do you have to come from the Evanston side?

Christal B.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

We do not have a Groupon for a one night stay. However, the Groupon for two nights is less than the cost for a single night. You must come through Evanston in the winter. You are correct, the gate at Kamas is closed all winter. If you need just one night you can call the reservation's office at 801 798-1008.

Q:

Which airport location?

Jerilyn K.  asked on  Nov 23, 2012

A:

The closest airport is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), about 117 miles away.

John  from  Groupon  replied on  Nov 23, 2012

A:

We are a very easy drive from the SLC airport. Take I80 East from the SLC airport and go to Evanston, Wyoming (about 80 miles). In Evanston take the second exit (Exit #5) and turn right (south) which will put you on Highway 150 heading south. Stay on Highway 150 southbound for 30 miles and you will arrive at The Cabins at Bear River Lodge. So essentially - one right hand turn from the SLC airport.

Q:

We have 3 children, ages 12,9, and 7. Would it be possible for us to bring our air mattress for te 3rd child instead of having to rent the 2-bedroom cabin?

Scott S.  asked on  Nov 22, 2012

A:

Our issue is not sleeping arrangements in the cabins. We are on a septic and well system and so our concern is the water and septic usage. Unfortunately, we have to limit the one-bedroom cabins to four people. Thanks.
