Q:

Do you have insurance on the ATV's or snowmobiles incase something happens while riding? How long is your pool open for and what is the latest a person can you go fishing?

Mark M.  asked on  Aug 23, 2013

A:

Yes, you may purchase a Damage Agreement on the rental machines. For $16 you have a $2000 deductible, $20 has a $1,500 deductible, and $25 a $1000 deductible. The pool closes after Labor Day, the hot tubs are open year round. Fishing ponds freeze over in mid November.

Q:

We're looking to make a reservation that includes the ATV but there is only 3 of us do we still have to upgrade to the four -seater or can 3 of us use the 2 seater? The third passenger is a 6 year old.

Beverly B.  asked on  Aug 21, 2013

A:

You can only take two people regardless of age on the two seater. Your options are to take turns, rent an additional ATV or upgrade to the four seater Side by Side.

Q:

(1) The four person ATV's have seat belts correct? I want to drive around with the wife and kids but we have a 9 month old who would probably have to be buckled in (in a car seat). (2) Can I choose to have my 9 month old ride in the back in a car seat buckled in? It's just like being buckled into a car and he could wear his helmet that we have him wear when pulling the bike trailer. The only thing keeping me from doing this is if I were to show up and rent the ATV and be told I couldn't take all four members of the family out because you enforce certain rules.

Rulon R.  asked on  Aug 21, 2013

A:

Passengers need to wear helmets. Young children can be bucked in a car seat on the Rangers, Razors, and Mavericks.

Q:

Hello! I purchased your Groupon after reviewing some great reviews! I'm trying to book on your website but there isn't anywhere to enter the groupon code, and it wants me to put down half of the reservation cost as a deposit. Do I still need to do that even with the groupon? I called and left a message with some info and I'd really like to lock down a few days quickly. Thanks!

Kegan W.  asked on  Aug 21, 2013

A:

Please call 801 798-1008 to reserve. Thank you. You can not make an online reservation with the Groupon.

Q:

Can I choose to have my young children ride me and my wife in a four person ATV? Any age limit on riders or is it essentially left as my own decision (since it's all my own liability anyways)?

Rulon R.  asked on  Aug 19, 2013

A:

Passengers can basically be any age as long as they can wear a helmet. Drivers must have a valid driver's license.

Q:

Is the road into the property paved? Is the ATV with the two night package is a two seater?

Ed K.  asked on  Aug 15, 2013

A:

The Road to the property is paved. We are at mile marker 49 on HWY 150. The ATV is the Two seater Can AM 500. Thanks!

Q:

My wife is having surgery a couple weeks prior to our trip, (end of Sept). So will not have need of the ATV's. Can we buy 2 of the 1 night stay price and string them together? Doing a Friday and Saturday night? We would like to do the 2 night with ATV's but won't make much sense under the circumstances.

Mike K.  asked on  Aug 14, 2013

A:

You can string the one night cabin vouchers together; however, they are not valid weekends. Even if you don't use the ATV the $299 is a great value. The regular rate is $289 per night.
