Q:

I'm not sure if I want to go there now. Just called to get some info, but felt rush to make reservations then offering the same price with Groupon. Then when I was not able to find credit right then, she just asked rude question, "do you want to make a reservation or not?!?!?" Then just hung up on me. How can I expect good customer service while staying there if I couldn't even get one on the phone?

we have to speed up the process because we receive so many phone call in a day , all hotel information is available online.guest suppose to call for availabilty only but they have 100 different question so we try answer each question & answer to every guest , Also since we are small bussiness we have limited staff and we try to check inn guest same time and answer the phone as well.
