The Groupon offer is for Hotel Rooms with either one King or two Queens. Upgrades to room types other than the suite may be requested when booking with the hotel for an additional charge.

Q:

The Fine Print includes "subject to availability". But the Groupon app for Android shows this deal with "limited availability" in red letters right below the main picture/heading for the deal. What does this mean? Are the rooms available only on certain dates during the "must complete travel before/between" periods? Are there blackout dates? Does the hotel allow only a certain number of its total rooms any given night to be reserved with this deal?

Ron C.  asked on  May 9, 2013

A:

I apologize for any trouble. If you are unable to book the nights you need because the hotel is full, you'll be covered by the Groupon Booking Guarantee. You can find more information about our Getaways Refund Policy Here.

Q:

My predicament is that there are three adults and the offer is good for two. Any possibiity of two queens with a rollaway for August 3- one night. We're with the symphony group and this sounds like the perfect scenario. Thank you!

Beverly S.  asked on  May 7, 2013

A:

You'll be able to add a 3rd adult to their king room free of charge. This information is available in the "Fine Print & Details" section of the deal page. To find this, click the "Fine Print and Details" tab, just under the photo. This section will include restrictions and additional information you'll need for your Groupon. Be sure to contact the hotel directly for availability questions. If you are unable to book the nights you need because the hotel is full, you'll be covered by the Groupon Booking Guarantee.
