If we purchase the deal, i am assuming there is a telephone number that we call to see if we can get a reservation for the time we want to go? if we are unavailable to obtain the 5 days or the week we would like to travel, or obtain an appropriate upgrade, i assume that we can cancel and obtain a full refund during the remaining days to offer is available. IT IS NOT PER NIGHT!!! The $549 is for 3 nights and you can have up to 4 people in the room for the same cost. We do not charge per person, we charge per room per night. Our regular rate starts at #290 per night...

Aloha, you can check with our concierge desk before or during your stay. However, I suggest only doing the one island...I have lived in Hawaii for 14 years and there is SO much to do on Kauai if you try to do more than one ilsland, you'll feel rushed...

We run very full during that time period and Dec 20-31 will not be available, but we will do our best to make another time work.
