Q:

I would like to book a Double Room for 3 people. When do I have to pay the $20 for the additional guest? Directly at the hotel?

Hello Rene! The Double room actually offers a maximum occupancy of 3 people, so you should be ok to not need to pay the $20. If you had more than three the payment would go directly to the hotel.

Q:

I'm trying to book a queen or king for Feb 15-19 but when I select Feb 15 as my check in date, all the dates after Feb 16 are blocked off. I can select Feb 17 as my check in and Feb 19 as my check out. Does that mean Feb 16 is sold out? When I select that day, it says check in not available and shows a higher price. Can I book the whole thing and pay a higher rate for that one night?

How close are you to the Gershwin Theater?

Hello Kathy! The hotel is a mile away from the theater. A taxi ride is estimated to take about 6 minutes and if you chose to walk I would anticipate it taking 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

i put in all of my credit card information and then was taken back to the home screen. Did my purchase go through? I assumed i would see a confirmation page or something after entering all of my information.
