Q:

the interface and customer support is not working. The calendar said a date is available but when I try to book, it says it's not, and I should call a number for help. When I call the number it says you are unavailable. What's going on?

Hi. If I make a reservation for a specifc date and need to change it, can I do so? As long as it is within the same groupon dates etc? Will there be a reservation change fee or anything? Please let me know as I would like to take advantage of this deal :)

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your Groupon Getaways Booking after the reservation has been completed; however, the merchant may be able to work with you to make the requested change if you contact them directly. A:

After your purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation cannot be rescheduled.
