Q:

Hey., what airport is close to the hotel? Would there be a location near by to go skiing or snow boarding? do you offer a ski package?

Kamica O.  asked on  Dec 10, 2012

A:

Hi Kamica-- Burlington International Airport is 7 miles from the Resort. Skiing and snowboarding are available at more than a dozen Vermont ski Resorts; Smuggler's Notch and Bolton Valley Resort are both less than a 1/2 hour away. While we don't offer ski packages, we do offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. Hope to see you soon! Thanks for the questions.

Hi, I was wondering if the outdoor hot tub is free?

Keri H.  asked on  Dec 8, 2012

Hi Keri-- Yes, it is. All our guests enjoy complimentary use of the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Thanks!

Q:

I'm thinking of giving this as a gift. Is there any way I can arrange to have it delivered on or near December 25/ Christmas day?

BEVERLY A.  asked on  Dec 8, 2012

A:

Hi Beverly, I think that's something we could arrange-- though it might be up to Groupon. If you would, please get in touch with our Reservation Team, who should be able to answer this for you. 800-727-4295. Thanks!

Q:

Hi, I just bought 2 1-night stay. Can I use the 2-$25 spa credit together on the same day, going to spa with another person?

Amy  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Hi Amy, Absolutely you may. The only restrictions are that they can't be combined for one treatment on one person (i.e. stacking them to get $50 off) and they may only be used on a Spa treatment of 50 minutes or more. Thanks for the question.

Q:

No one is answering the reservations line when I call and when I try back, it's busy. Is there another number to try?

Deb M.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

800-727-4295 is the main number. You can also try 802-878-1100 and ask for Reservations. Our apologies.

Q:

Is there any food included, or is there a meal package available?

Risa D.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Hi Risa, Food is not included, and we do not offer meal plans. But please note that if you choose the Cooking Class credit option (instead of the Spa credit option), all of our cooking classes include some level of food, depending on the class. Some even include a full four-course dinner. Our Reservations Team can walk you through the different class types. Thanks!

Q:

I would like to do this package for 2 nights but I will be alone. Is the room rate for single the same posted price? Can I come alone? Sylvia

Sylvia C.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Hi Sylvia-- Yes, you may certainly come alone. The price is per package, not per person... so it's the same price if one person comes or if a family comes. Thanks for the question!

Q:

Hi, I have 2 questions. 1) Is the 9% tax on the groupon value ($99/$249) or the actual value of the rooms? 2) $15 resort fee/day is it per person or per room? Thanks

Amy  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

Hi Amy-- The tax is on the retail value, and the Resort Fee is per night. So if you buy the 2-night, your total tax/fee payout will be $49.51. For the 1-night, it's $23.03. Thanks!

Q:

Just an FYI - I just spoke to the reservations team and they said it's $25 off each person for the cooking class. I read a few times where you said it's for one person only. I am assuming you are correct.

Lynn U.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

A:

Hi Lynn-- Several people have asked if they get two credits when they buy two packages (i.e. and 1-night AND a 2-night). In that case, yes, you would get TWO $25 credits, which you and a friend could use concurrently in a single class. This rule, however, does NOT apply to the Amuse dinner credit. You would still get TWO, but they cannot be used concurrently. Either way, you need to buy TWO packages to get the TWO cooking class credits.

Q:

Hi there. I REALLY want to do the 2 night special...do you have availability, checking in 2/7/13, checking out 2/9/13?

Bonnie Q.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

A:

Hi Lynn-- Our Reservations Team can provide the most updated availability information for you... at 800-727-4295. Feel free to call before you buy. Thanks!
