A:

Hi Joann, My Reservations team is looking into this now. Is there a different email address that we should use? Or are you just concerned that it says 'still processing'?

Amy H.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

Hi Amy, Yes it is. It's open year-round. In fact, I'm sitting in it right now! (Well, not really... but-- yes, it's open.)

Do you have any dates available for Th 2 12/27- Sat 12/29 to use with the 2 nights deal? The hotel website says there are not availability on those days, did they reserved it for grooponers or they don't have it availble?

Q:

Are the prices for the cooking classes listed on your website per person? If it is per person, does that mean the $25 credit would be just a $25 off from the total or would each person get $25 off?

Sanya C.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Hi Sanya-- Yes, the prices are per person, and the credit is valid for one person. If, though, you buy multiple packages (i.e. a consecutive 2-night and 1-night) you and a friend would be able to each apply a $25 credit to a class you take together. Thanks for the question.

Q:

I have read through the majority of the Q&A and I am certain that I am going to be annoying by asking for clarification on what exactly I can do with this groupon offer, however...I have to ask. What I am hoping to do is to put together a 3 night stay at your facility for myself and my 10 year old daughter as her Christmas gift this year...we will be visiting the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory and Ben & Jerry's during our stay and I would Love to treat my self proclaimed future Cupcake Bakery Owner and myself to a dessert cooking class. Would my best option be to purchase one 1 night deal and one 2 night deal? If I did that, would I be able to check in on Thursday and check out on Sunday? Does that make sense? Also, as far as credits go for spa and classes and dinners...assuming I did purchase those two packages to create this 4 day/3 night mommy and me trip...what exactly would I be receiving as credits/meals etc...and what additional would I need to plan on funds wise to cover the rest of the costs related to our stay...not including meals? Sorry, I know this is a loaded question and I very much appreciate your time in answering me. This is a very important trip for my little girl and funds are pretty limited as she is the middle child of 5. Thank you for your response. Laurie

Laurie G.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Hi Laurie, No worries at all. Yes-- if you want to stay Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, you should buy a one-night and a two-night. Credit-wise, you would receive two $25 credits for dinner in Amuse (to be used on separate nights) and two $25 credits for either the Spa or Cook Academy. You and your daughter could then, if you put both credits toward Cook, take a class together and each get $25 off the class. (According to the terms of the deal, though, what you could NOT do is take a class by yourself and combine the two credits to get $50 off just for you... but that's not what you're trying to do anyway. I'm just clarifying.) So... all you would need to pay would be tax and Resort Fee upon checkout (9% tax and $45 total in Fee) and whatever it would take to pay for the non-credit portion of your dinners and class. Hopefully that all makes sense. I hope you enjoy your stay! (Please just double-check our Cook Academy calendar to make sure the class you're interested in is being held during the time you're here.) Thanks!

Q:

I see that you keep telling people that the parking, pool and fitness center is always free. But I see that there is a $15 fee a day for all this. Is the $15 charge not charged at anytime during the year? Or is the $15 charge just if you buy a package deal?

patty m.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Hi Patty, The $15 Resort Fee is charged year-round to every guest. It covers airport shuttle service, wi-fi, and various other amenities, including coffee and cookies in the lobby, snowshoe 'rental', etc.

Q:

Good evening! My 2 girlfriends and I (all adults... still 29 years of age, of course!) would like to take a stay with you. If we use the Groupon offer, is it simply an additional $20 per night for the third person? Also, if we decide to do three nights (the weekend voucher plus one weekday voucher) do we need to use the spa and dinner credits for separate meals or spa treatments? Or can we put $50 toward say, Friday night's dinner?

Jamie  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Hi Jamie-- Hey, I'm still 29, too! Go figure! Yes, it would just be an additional $20, assuming you all stay in the same room with two beds. If two of you plan on bunking up together in one bed, great-- if you would like a trundle bed, then just add an additional $15/night. And the credits are per day and may not be combined. Thanks for the questions... and stay young!
