Q:

I would like to stay 2/14-2/16. The black out days are 15-16. Can I still get the groupon since I would like to check in on the 14 and leave the 16th?

Meg l.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

Unfortunately, your Groupon stay can not overlap with any of their blackout dates including 12/27-12/31, 1/18-1/20, or 2/15-2/16.

I see that the one night option is for the J1K or the J1KJ condos. On the Hotel website these are both 1 bedroom condos. The groupon states that you can have a 1 bedroom or two bedroom room. Please clarify.

I would be interested in the 2 bedroom for myself and a few friends. Could I request this with Oceanview and balcony upon making reservations? Also is this valid for weekend travel? Thanks! Jennifer

Jennifer S.  asked on  Dec 31, 2012

A:

Kristen G.  asked on  Jan 1, 2013

A:

It would be $108 due directly to the hotel. thanks

Q:

What is the $30 check out fee? Does that mean a single, one night room is really $49 + $30 check out fee + tax? What would it actually cost to stay for one night?

Brian B.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

The checkout fee is a $30.00 fee that is normally included in the price when you book through the hotel. It covers the cost of cleaning after you depart the unit. Homeowners who are on our rental program stay for free, after purchasing the unit except for the checkout fee. In order for us to offer such a low rate for this special the $30.00 check out fee is seperate and due directly to the hotel. Thank you

Q:

I have four adults. How do I ask for the two bedroom condo?

Mary L.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

When you call the hotel, after purchasing your groupon, you would tell the agent if you would like the 1 or the 2 bedroom. thanks
