Q:

Option 2: $98 for two nights (a $170 average value) plus the 26.56% tax plus the $30 check-out fee..would seem to total $152.51? is that correct? so after it is all said and done a two night stay would in fact be $152?

Rebecca K.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

The cost directly to the hotel would be $49.20 (that is the tax and check out fee) in addtion to the groupon. This would be a total out of pocket of $147.20. thanks

Q:

i would like to know if these is a ocean front or ocean view room [ E1K2Q]

Kim  asked on  Dec 27, 2012

A:

The horizon sits 1/2 block from the ocean and is not an oceanfront hotel...but an oceanview. Therefore the rooms are not considered ocean front but you can see the ocean and get a view from the room. thanks

Is the limit 3 per person per visit referring to the fact that you can combine up to three vouchers in one stay? So you could possibly stay for up to 9 days if 3, 3day vouchers were purchased?

Mandy  asked on  Dec 27, 2012

A:

Yes that is correct :)

Q:

What in the world is a $30 check out fee??? Is that per day? Per multiple days? It really defeats the purpose of a reasonable room rate if there is a $30 fee attached to the room.......Disappointing at best.

Bob T.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

Hi Jim, There is only 1 checkout fee of $30.00 which covers the housekeeping of the room after a guests departure. thanks

Q:

Explain the $30 check-out fee.

michael b.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

The checkout fee is a $30.00 fee that is normally included in the price when you book through the hotel. It covers the cost of cleaning after you depart the unit. Homeowners who are on our rental program stay for free, after purchasing the unit except for the checkout fee. In order for us to offer such a low rate for this special the $30.00 check out fee is seperate and due directly to the hotel. Thank you
