Oh sure friend, the classes are on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2 pm to 6 pm and a lot of fun and laughs! BYOB and don't forget, the class includes dinner for one. You can always cook for a partner ($40.00 extra) or buy an extra class for the same price with us. SIncerely, Chefs Marti and Stormy. Yes that is the intent for both people to take the class together, classes are only held on Wed or Sat so make sure when you book you incorporate one of those days in your stay, We look forward to seeing you.

You will also have the pleasure of a full tour on how they make all of their award winning wines! The free appetizer that has been offered is from Ni Fen restaurant in Shelby North Carolina While the dessert that is offered is from another local restaurant called Carolina Crossing Restaurant. The tour of the Hambright mansion and Presidential Culinary Museum is given every day at 9:30 AM, Seven days per week. We look forward to seeing you!

Oh yes, this is one of the five Chefs here, Chef Marti, and we have a two-year old girl Chef here and our youngest student is two. We have had many eight and 12 year olds occasionally and they love the classes! Come to think of it, so do the other students in the class.
