Q:

If I buy the 2 nights stay can I use it for a Sat/Sun instead of a Fri/Sat

Donna A.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Hi Donna, We could do this but you will have to speak to one of the managers at the desk to make the reservation as they will have to organize how it is put in the system. Unfortunately it would not be able to be used on Oct 7th though.

Q:

Are small pets allowed?? Have a seven lb. maltese??

Geri A.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Hi Geri, Our pet policy is the pets are permitted in specific guest rooms when we have availability and there is a $25/night cleaning fee. The pets can not be left unattended though but if it is a friendly pet, our front desk team have watched many pets for guests while they are out and about.

Q:

Is it possible to upgrade to a King room? There will be only two of us so there is no need for the second bed.

Chelsea H.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

Hi Chelsea, It is possible but we have very limited King beds (only 4) but some of the King rooms are actually smaller than the 2 queen rooms so for a 2 night stay you might actually find it more roomy with the 2 Queens. Some nights we are already sold out of the King rooms so would be it could be hard to coordinate. I would recommend staying with the 2 queens. Mark

Q:

What about parking ??

THOMAS S.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

Hi Tom, Parking is $18 per night plus tax so it comes to $20.16. There is very limited options for free parking in Whistler but there is some and can be up to a 20 minute walk away. Our parking rates are average in the resort with the highest being over $35 for self park and $42 for valet parking. Mark

Q:

Can the two night option be used to check in mid week?

Mazeed A.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

Hi Mazeed, I suppose you could use it for a weekday stay but your better option would be to combine the one night by itself and the one night with the Ice Room experience and you would actually save money. Hope that helps, Mark
