Upgrades to Lakeside King or Double rooms are an additional $20.00 plus tax per night, and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Upgrades to Villas are not available.

A:

The Ridges only makes allowances for service animals. We do not have any pet friendly rooms. We will be happy to recommend nearby boarding facilities that other guests have reserved for their four-legged family members.

No I am sorry. There are not upgrades available to suites for this offer. We do offer Lake View King rooms for an additional $20.00 per night plus tax.

A:

We do require a Credit Card upon arrival for check-in, at which time there is a hold placed for your the taxes on the package and any upgrades you have requested plus $100.00 for incidentals. Debit Cards and Check Cards are accepted at check-in, but the $100 hold placed for incidentals may take up to 2 weeks to be refunded, depending upon your financial institution.
