Q:

Is it very difficult to travel in France when one does not understand or speak French at all? Sorry If I sound ignorant.

Erin S.  asked on  Oct 1, 2012

A:

Hello Erin, it's a good question! France is one of the top travel destinations in the world and they are well positioned to handle travelers who speak English as it is the international language. As the alphabet is the same (as compared with Russian, Chinese or Arabic), it does make things easier. French people can be very friendly and helpful with English spoken by most staff involved in tourism positions. Be sure to relax and enjoy the adventure! jb

Q:

If we want to book this and make it a group trip consisting of 5 people would we each have to buy this deal

Tete K.  asked on  Oct 11, 2012

A:

Hello Tete, no, you would each not need to buy separately but should do so for each person paying. For example, if one person pays for two people, then they would only need to buy two vouchers in the same transaction. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! jb

Q:

I am so sorry if this I'm missing this in the fine print and this is an already-answered question - but how do three people book this together? Can we each buy and then take care of that in the reservation process? Or do we need to buy 3 packages simultaneously, paying as one lump?

Gina G.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

Hello Gina, you can each buy separately and then just let us know in the registration process that you want to room together. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks! jb

Q:

Thank you for your answer. I have one more question. By leaving out of Miami, that means I will be going straight to Paris, or you meant that I have to go through JFK first and then get a connecting flight to Paris? My second question is. Does the car rental comes with GPS?

Toniell R.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

Hello Toniell, for a flight from Miami, you would not need to go to New York although there is usually one stop along the way. You can take a non-stop flight for a supplemental fee. The car rental does not come with a GPS but you can order one. Thanks again! jb

Q:

Hello, I live in MIAMI FL, how much will it be the airfare from MIAMI airport or Fourtlauderdale airport in Florida?. I am planning to get the option for two for the January package? Also will it be possible to drive the rental car back and fort from burgundy to paris daily, as I would like to spend more time in paris. Is there an extra charge for the miles or toll roads? thank you

Toniell R.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

Hello Toniell, the air supplement is approx $350 per person from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. You can absolutely add more days to the trip in Paris but it would not be feasible to drive between the chateau in Burgundy and Paris as it is approx a 2.5 hr drive. If you travel over toll roads, you would need to pay this amount; the cars come with unlimited mileage! jb

Q:

I Am interested in purchasing this trip for my boyfriend & I, is it possible to leave November 22 in the evening from Boston Logan airport & what would the additional cost be?

gina S.  asked on  Oct 8, 2012

A:

Hello Gina, the air supplement from Boston is $200 per person. Please note that the chateau is open from Wed through Saturdays each week. You can travel on Nov 22 but would then need to arrive in Paris first and add days in order to include the chateau from a Wed-Sat. Thanks for your interest! jb

Q:

I am interested in leaving on March 31 from Atlanta - two adults and one child (one room). Can you tell me what the cost would be and if you have that availability. What time does the flight leave JFK? - Also, is it possible to extend the day in Paris for an additional night?

Kristen M.  asked on  Oct 7, 2012

A:

Hello Kristen, the air supplement for the adults would be approx $395 from Atlanta. We do have availability at the chateau at this time. Please keep in mind that the chateau is only open from Wed through Saturday nights and travel would need to be scheduled to include those dates. Your child would be at a reduced rate depending on the age of the child. It is possible to extend your time in Paris! jb
