I have not gone on trip yet. I depart from Buffalo NY on my Birthday March 29, 2020
However I must say if the service is HALF as good as I received from Priscilla, my TravelExpress rep, I’m looking forward to it with eagerness 😎
She made booking a breeze by Literally making EVERY arrangement for me and my travel companion from initial flight reservation leaving right down to transportation back

I was kinda worried with some of the reviews but it was AMAZING!! Julio (Manger at the front desk) took very good care if us. We enjoyed the lush gardens, beautiful birds (flamingo’s & so many other kind) gorgeous beach & a spacious room with 2 balcony’s. We can’t wait to return. I will say to bring some bug spray sense the resort has so many ponds.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! The hotel is gorgeous, super clean, delicious food, excellent/elegant restaurants, friendly staff, good drinks, great parties and so much fun everywhere! My husband and I absolutely loved it and recommend it!
