9/6-9 means that you can depart on any of the following day: 9/6, 9/7, 9/8 or 9/9 and the same applies for 9/13-16.

Transfers are not included. A transfer costs $35 for a roundtrip. You can also get a roundtrip private transfer for $152 per vehicle that holds up to 10 people.
