Q:

My husband and I are planning to come the weekend of February 16th, is there usually snow on the ground at the resort that time of year?

Alison D.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

On average, it's in the mid 40's for the high, low 30's for the low. We don't usually have snow on our grounds in Feb, but we're not far from it. The forcast for Feb this year is mainly sunny, but we may have a few snow showers or inches whenever some moisture rolls into a bit of cold air from the east.

Q:

Why does it sprcify one child free? What if some of the four guests are children? Do you mean four guests, which someis of may bestill children, and one additional child under 12? That detail is confusing. Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Marcy W.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

I see what you mean, that detail is confusing. What it should mean is up to four adults (people over 12 years old). Children 12 and under are always free with us. The "one child free" part is there because we can have a maximum of five people in that kind of room. Sorry for the confusion!

Q:

It says you can buy one per person but my husband bought one and then I couldn't??? Does it need to be under a completelyl different account or something? I used a different card but under the same account. Thanks. Can he buy one and gift it to me?

Kathy C.  asked on  Dec 30, 2012

A:

You should be able to buy one for youself and another as a gift. You may need a seperate account if you are buying it for "self" twice. I would suggest giving Groupon a call at 1 (888) 375-5777, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST; or send in a question email.

Q:

I would like to check in depending on availability on the 31st could I use option #1 that?

Linda C.  asked on  Dec 29, 2012

A:

The best way to check availability is to call our office at either 541-386-2992 or 877-386-2992. This groupon promo value is valid beginning the night of January 1st.

Q:

My wife and I are thinking of purchasing this deal. It woul just be the 2 of us. I am handicap and use a rolling walker. If you had a handicap room with an accessible shower that would be great. Also would the handicap room have a view and a balcony?. Thanks in advance. Ellwood Brockman

Ellwood W.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

Certainly. Our rooms with balconies are accessible (no stairs), and have full size tubs and showers. They are not the roll-in kind of tub. When they were built, they were compliant with ADA guidelines (old code). The door is wide enough to accomodate a walker without a problem, but the door does swing wide due to size. If you need anything extra, like a bath seat or grips, we have those available free to use. Let us know of any other special requests so we can do what we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible
