Q:

For option 2, it says check in date valid sun-tues. So can I book it for Tues-thurs and check in on tues?? Or does my stay have to be w/in the sun-tues window?

ana h.  asked on  Sep 27, 2012

A:

It can be worded a little confusing. Basically, it is valid every night between Sunday and Thursday. If you check in on Tuesday, you would check out on Friday. I hope this clarifies it; if not feel free to give our office a call anytime. Thanks

Q:

Are the Suites with the Jacuuzzi's part of the groupon or are they upgrades? If upgrades then how much?

Dan A.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Suites are available as upgrades. Upgrading to a suite would be an additional $40 plus tax per night.

Q:

Your site states that you have 7 suites total, but do any of them have kitchens, views, and Jacuzzis - all 3? How many people do the suites sleep?

Aleida P.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

We do have 7 suites. 2 of them have jacuzzi tubs and kitchens (no view), 1 has a kitchen and a bit of a view, the other 4 all sit overlooking the river (better views). All of them have fireplaces, 4 are gas fireplaces, 3 are wood (we supply the first bundle of wood free, an additional bundle is $5).

Q:

What would the roads be like in early December? Would you need chains or ?

Jean H.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Early December is usually fine. I-84 from portland is well looked after, if that's the direction you are coming from. It's not a bad idea to carry chains just in case, but we don't use chains much during winter.

Q:

Do any of your large rooms have a jacuzzi tub? Are the tubs for one or two?

emma m.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

None of the Large View rooms have Jacuzzi tubs. We do have a couple suites that do have Jacuzzi tubs, that are 42" x 60" square. That's much larger than the one-person size, but could be a little close for 2.

Q:

Is it possible to do a two night stay on a friday and saturday, and what would that cost be?

Heather W.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

It is not possible to use a 2-night groupon on friday or saturday nights. The 3-night groupons (option 3) are valid anytime in November or December, including weekends. If you visit on a Friday or Saturday night, our rates are posted on our website, and vary depending on the type of room and number of people. Thanks

Q:

When it says travel to be completed by a date, does that mean you must be checked in by that date? Or checked out? I ask because I would use this to come down for New Years, but would not want to check out until January 1

conrad k.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

For the completion date, we'll go with the check-in date. We'll accomodate you if you would like to check out on the 1st.
