About Varsity Clubs of America
Sports are king at Varsity Clubs of America. The redbrick hotel boasts onsite basketball and bocce-ball courts, billiards, and a putting green. There’s also a lively sports bar in the lobby with a giant TV tuned to college and professional sports, all set amid a large collection of Notre Dame memorabilia. Guests of the hotel can take advantage of an indoor swimming pool, too. In the summer, the pool’s retractable roof opens, letting in warm breezes and fudgesicles slung from the backs of ice-cream trucks.
There’s plenty to do offsite as well—Varsity Clubs of America is a 15-minute drive from downtown South Bend and just 10 minutes from the University of Notre Dame campus.
