Just for clarification...what is the re-scheduling policy should I need to re-schedule after a reservation is booked? And how often does the shuttle run to the metro?

The shuttle runs to and from the Metro on an on demand basis. Guests may call the hotel for pick-up from the station or request a shuttle in the hotel lobby. Typically the wait time for the shuttle is between 5-20 minutes. Helpful policies regarding this deal are listed below from the "fine print" section of the offer: - Must cancel by 12pm two days before scheduled arrival or reservation is non-refundable - No-shows will be charged total Groupon rate, no refunds, rescheduling, or rebooking allowed
