The Itinerary

Day 1 – Depart from the US on an overnight flight to Cairo.

Day 2 – Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore at your own pace. Optional excursions include a visit to the Egyptian Museum or a guided city tour.

Day 3 – Enjoy a full day in Cairo with the flexibility to explore independently or join an optional tour. Possible excursions include visiting the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx, exploring Saqqara and the Step Pyramid of Djoser, or experiencing a traditional dinner with a view of the Nile.

Day 4 – Take a domestic flight from Cairo to Luxor and check in to your Nile cruise. The remainder of the day is free, with the option to visit Luxor’s East Bank to see Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Day 5 – The cruise continues along the Nile. You can relax onboard or take an optional excursion to the West Bank of Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon.

Day 6 – Enjoy the river journey with an optional stop at Edfu to visit the Temple of Horus, followed by another optional visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo as the cruise sails onward toward Aswan.

Day 7 – Arrive in Aswan, where you can relax onboard or choose optional excursions such as visiting the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, or the Temple of Philae. A traditional felucca ride on the Nile is also available.

Day 8 – Spend a day at leisure or opt for an early morning visit to Abu Simbel, home to the impressive temples of Ramses II and Nefertari. The afternoon is free to unwind as the cruise continues.

Day 9 – Begin the return journey toward Luxor. Enjoy the views from the deck or participate in optional onboard activities. Depending on the schedule, there may be opportunities for additional sightseeing stops along the way.

Day 10 – Continue sailing along the Nile with another relaxing day onboard. Optional visits may be available before arriving back in Luxor.

Day 11 – Disembark from the cruise and fly from Luxor to Cairo for an overnight stay. The evening is free to explore or take an optional visit to Khan El Khalili Bazaar for shopping or a farewell dinner overlooking the Nile.
