- Northern lights watch: we have a guide working all night to see the northern lights and will notify our guests through our alarm system in case there are northern lights visible. Turn alarm button “on” inside your igloo and you will be notified

Useful Information
- We have superior double, triple and family rooms as well as suites, extra beds are not available
- No special equipment is required, other than warm outdoor clothes suited for winter, but we highly recommend packing long underwear, own hat and wool socks to wear inside the bag
- The temperature in SnowHotel stays always between 0 and −5 ºC, even in extremely cold weather. Our sleeping bags are suitable for arctic conditions – the guests can wear the same clothing they normally wear inside a house or less
- Shared toilets are located inside SnowHotel in the common areas but not inside hotel rooms
- Northern lights watch: Our guide stays up all night to monitor for northern lights and will wake you up if they are visible. To request the wake-up service, let us know at reception when you check in.
- Complimentary access to our shared sauna, available daily.
- Breakfast is included in the accommodation price and is served daily at 7:30-10:30

Day 2: Touch down in Helsinki Welcome to Finland’s stylish capital. Check into your hotel, grab a cinnamon bun from a local café, and stroll through the cobbled streets or warm up in a lakeside sauna. It is the calm before the snow-dusted magic kicks off.
Day 3: Overnight train to Rovaniemi on the Santa Claus Express All aboard the overnight Santa Claus Express, a dreamy night train that glides through frozen forests straight to the North Pole. Cozy cabin, midnight snacks, and views straight out of a fairytale.
Day 4 – Arrive in Rovaniemi and check into your hotel Welcome to Santa’s hometown! After settling into your hotel, head out to explore the magic of Rovaniemi. Cross the Arctic Circle, visit Santa Claus Village to meet Santa in person, and enjoy hot cocoa in a snowy winter wonderland.
Day 5 – Arctic adventures in Rovaniemi Wake up to the beauty of Lapland and spend the day enjoying exciting activities. Choose from husky sledding, reindeer safaris, or snowmobiling across frozen landscapes. In the evening, keep watch for the Northern Lights shimmering across the Arctic sky.
