Good customer service. I accidentally purchased too early and could not go on the dates I was given. Customer service accommodated the dates I needed. I was initially given Nashville, and then after changing the dates, was given South Beach Miami- both fantastic locations! The hotel in South Beach was central, 1 block from the beach- we could not have asked for better! Definitely will be doing this again!
