I recently took a 5-day trip to Mexico City with Worldee, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. This review is about the booking process-we have not yet gone on the trip. The voucher process with Groupon does make things a bit confusing as our travel rep Joe was not allowed to contact us-he had to wait until I contacted him. Joe has been incredibly friendly and as he seems to be the only rep for Worldee's US market, is doing his best. With that said, a combination of airline strikes in Portugal (our connection) and possibly other issues, we still do not have confirmed hotel or airline vouchers, four days before we are scheduled to depart. Understanding there are differences between the US and European travel markets, and trying to allow for that, the trust we are placing in a travel company, this close to our expected depature, is doing a lot of heavy lifting. Additionally, Worldee's email relays and app are very glitchy, and not completely translated. A lot of information is still in Czech-again, very confusing for the US market. I am hoping to get another survey after our scheduled trip, and I'm hoping to leave a good review. At this point, however, I'm nervous and unsure.
