Waited for 3 hours to have my phone fixed. When I came back to pick up at the time he specied (40 minutes from my house) there was a note on the door saying to come back 30 minutes later. Obviously I had no phone and was expected to be somewhere but didn't have any way to call. He also put the antennae in backwards, forgot some screws, and so my phone had an electrical short one day later and I was again without a phone. Went back today and it was quickly fixed, however all of the pictures I took the night the phone was originally fixed are now erased.
