Q:

After the sessions, what happens to the skin? Is it loose and hanging? What is your lipolaser called?

Peter C.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

The adipose (fat) cells are not removed, like with traditional liposuction, so the skin does not become looser. In fact, the laser's physiological effect of increasing collagen production on the skin makes the skin tighter. The machine we used is called "Matrix."

Q:

What type of laser do you use? I have done some research on non-invasive laser lipo, and it seems the Yolo laser gives the best results. I couldn't find the laser type on your website.

D. C.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Matrix

Q:

If I use my 45 minutes in the first session to treat my thighs, how many times will I need to return to get full results? And what is the cost of each additional session?

shannon d.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

We normally recommend 6 to 10 45-minute sessions per area. We will honor the Groupon cost for each additional 45-minute session ($99), as long as you make your next purchase on same day that you're redeeming your Groupon voucher. Otherwise, it's $290 per 45 minutes.

Q:

Hi, looks like GroupOn offers 45 minutes, can I split to 2 sessions? about 22 minutes one treatment? I need to work on week days, can only come on Saturdays, so I can do the treatment in the morning, and work out in the afternoon, would it be good result? By the way, I have read the Consent paper, that the customer need to buy at least 6 sessions. Is that true?

Elizabeth M.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

We recommend that you do all three treatments in a one 45-minute session. You don't have to buy at least 6 sessions, but we recommend that you do at least 6 45-minute sessions to get the results you're looking for.

Q:

How is fat expunged if non invasive? Explain procedure.

Kuen l.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

The laser frequency stimulates the adipose cells (fat cells) the same way that exercise does and makes them release the stored contents (fatty acids, glycerol and water) into the surrounding tissues. Your lymphatic system picks those up and circulates them through your body, thus making them available as fuel for other cells. After the treatment, you have a 3 to 4 hour window to do exercise so that you will burn off this available fuel and sweat it out with the water.

Q:

Hi, I love this deal! Is it just laser? so, no anesthesia and needles inserted?

paula C.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

Correct. No anesthesia, needles, incisions. No downtime at all! We even recommend that you go for a nice cardio exercise right after the treatment to burn off the contents released from your fat cells.

Q:

Currently I am having Laser hair removal. There is a side effect of hyperpigmentation if you go in the sun while being treated. My sister did this and had some marks but they faded after several months. I read on the internet that there is a reported side effect that some darker-skinned patients have experienced hyperpigmentation. I am medium dark skinned. Of Native American, Spanish, Haitian, French descent. I dont want permanent marks on my skin. I have golden olive skin and I am very proud of my coloring. Please let me know if this is something permanent or temporary? Or just a story? Or similar to the laser hair removal pigmentation problem. thank you for your kind attention Jocelyne Marie Riobo

Jocelyne M.  asked on  Dec 1, 2012

A:

Hyper/Hypopigmentation is a listed risk for lipo laser procedures. However, we have treated over 1500 individuals with our lipo laser machine, and not a single one presented with that side effect, even those who were on medications which increase photo-sensitivity.
